This Responsible Disclosure Policy applies to any vulnerabilities you are considering reporting to us. We recommend reading this Policy fully before you report a vulnerability and always act in compliance with it.

Found a security problem in our services?

The security of our employees’ and client information is very important to us. We continuously aim to improve our security.  Security problems may still exist, despite our best efforts. While DEPT® does not offer a bug bounty programme, we appreciate any responsible disclosure of a security problem.

Reporting

You can report a security problem by sending an email to the following email address:

Clearly describe what the security problem is. Clarify your findings with additional material, such as screenshots and a step-by-step explanation. This helps us when we analyze the security problem.

The recognition we can give to you

• DEPT® does not offer a bug bounty programme. That is why we will not be providing gift cards, monetary rewards, or similar rewards of any other kind at this point in time
  
• We may determine that a recognition may be offered based on the security problem that you have identified
  
• Such a recognition may be submitted by our Global Information Security Officer on your Linkedin or professional website.
