She has a deep understanding of operations at record labels, within the music industry and what it takes to build long-term artist relations strategy.

With over two decades of leadership in shopper marketing, experiential production, and tech, Gianna Valintina has carved a distinct niche, leading groundbreaking experiential campaigns for industry titans such as PepsiCo, the NFL, Nike, and iHeart Media. Her tenure as National Director of Experiential Marketing for OmniCom agencies TracyLocke & Haygarth saw Gianna mastermind award-winning campaigns like ‘Pepsi: Cola Truce’ and ‘LEGO: Barcelona’, and the forging of pivotal PepsiCo partnership launches for JetBlue along with SoFi and Eagles Stadiums.
Lawrence Edmondson
Founder at Eat Big Digital
Lawrence is an Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Chief Technology Officer. His passion is creating software and using technology to enable creative ideation. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Barbarian, the award-winning Advertising Agency, and has also worked alongside Gary Vaynerchuck as the Head of Technology for VaynerMedia. His remarkable career has spanned two decades and has included an impressive roster of award-winning digital work including a Cannes Lion for Pepsi’s Refresh Everything campaign. Lawrence regularly speaks on the ripple effects of A.I., culture, and technology especially as they relate to the intersection of creativity, and innovation.

Group Head of Media at RVU (Confused.com, Zoopla and USwitch)
Gareth has spent the last seven years at Confused.com overseeing media strategy, brand partnerships, promotions, customer insight and marketing planning. He’s been actively involved in the company’s growth during this period and has been recognised for his contribution to Confused.com’s successful ‘Confusion to Clarity’ campaign’. Following the acquisition of Confused.com by RVU, Gareth now heads up the group media function across Confused.com, USwitch and Zoopla. Prior to working client-side, Gareth’s background was in performance and brand roles at media agencies including Zenith.

Gesine Meitler, Director Business Development & Partner at DEPT®, is a digital expert in commerce, innovation and customer experience and responsible for business development at DEPT® Germany since 2021. She has been part of the market launches and distributions of new services, such as Live Shopping, AI, Web3 and Virtual Spaces. From 2012 to 2021 Gesine Meitler launched numerous e-commerce and digital projects in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sector at DEPT® for clients including Douglas, adidas, Birkenstock and Marc O’Polo, managed interdisciplinary skilled project teams, securing lasting brand success.
Erwin Bossers
VP of Growth Europe & Partner at DEPT®
Erwin has been with DEPT® over 13 years and brings his background in growth marketing to help clients with full funnel challenges and solutions. He helps local and global brands define their roadmaps through a lens of growth for their businesses and has helped clients like eBay, Netflix, Foot locker and Reckitt to name a few.
In his current role as VP of Growth Marketing EU he helps the teams across Europe to answer client briefs, implement innovations and focuses on forward progress of this service line within DEPT®.
