This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Boston, MA or Newburyport, MA offices located at:

ABOUT YOU
Our Account Coordinators are the SEO Outreach experts at DEPT®, entrusted with the responsibility of staying updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the field and implementing them effectively for our prestigious clients. These clients, renowned brand-name companies, demand excellence, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring they receive it. Your mission is to contribute to the growth of our organic search services, enhance processes, and provide unwavering support to the team. As an SEO Outreach Account Coordinator, your primary responsibilities encompass:
- Execution of Outreach Strategy. You will drive the execution of outreach strategies for your assigned clients, striving to achieve remarkable results that align with their unique goals and objectives.
- Client Engagement and Support. You will actively engage with and support your assigned clients, promptly responding to their emails and actively participating in weekly calls, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Account Project Management. On accounts under your ownership, you will take on the role of project coordinator, overseeing tasks and ensuring that all initiatives are progressing as planned.
You must possess the determination to work autonomously while also having the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively within our dynamic team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving Outreach strategy for assigned clients
- Creating and managing monthly Outreach strategy plans with the personal target of acquiring 15-20 high-quality external backlinks for our clients each month.
- Handling internal tasks such as opportunity prospecting through Google, outreach via email, client inbox management, and adapting strategies as needed.
- Acting as the face of DEPT in client interactions and meetings.
- Evaluating and prioritizing initiatives and opportunities based on historical success.
- Leveraging creativity to brainstorm innovative linking campaigns for monthly client success.
- Analyzing trends and data within SEO analytical tools, including Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, to compare our clients’ performance with their competitive set.
You’ll need to have:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of account and client management experience, encompassing various objectives.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A creative mindset, enabling you to devise unique outreach strategies for sustained client success.
Additional things that will impress us:
- Prior experience in SEO and outreach.
- Previous sales experience, as this role involves meeting our monthly link goals.
- A passion for marketing and creativity, coupled with the eagerness to learn and thrive in the SEO field.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $53,800 – $57,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
