In a saturated beauty market, differentiation is everything.
Geske blends German engineering, advanced skincare expertise, and AI technology to create a first-of-its-kind SmartAppGuided™ skincare range. With 250 clinically tested devices, the brand needed a digital home that matched its innovation.
DOGSTUDIO/DEPT® partnered with Geske to make high-tech skincare accessible to consumers, retailers, press, and commercial partners worldwide. Our goal? To translate Geske’s cutting-edge technology into an intuitive, engaging, and conversion-driven digital experience.
An immersive, boutique-like shopping experience
Purchasing skincare is personal. We designed Geske’s platform to mimic the tactile experience of an upscale boutique—where users can inspect products from every angle, understand their benefits, and feel confident in their choices.

To bridge the gap between digital and physical retail, we integrated WebGL-powered product interactions, allowing users to spin, zoom, and explore each device in detail. Custom visuals showcase features like massage functions, temperature settings, and textures—to help users fully grasp the product’s capabilities without ever touching it.
Skincare is not one-size-fits-all. With Geske’s new experience, users can express their aesthetic preferences, choosing from a range of colors that align with their personal style. Whether they prefer sleek black or vibrant turquoise, the platform offers a shopping journey that promotes trust and confidence.
A human-centric approach to content
Beyond tech specs and sleek design, the heart of Geske’s platform is connection. Skincare is emotional, and our content strategy ensures every user feels seen and understood.
With a presence in international markets, Geske needed a platform that spoke to everyone. We built the experience to be fully translatable into 42 languages, accommodating diverse reading orientations and cultural nuances to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.

To resonate with users, we crafted a content experience that merges innovation with relatability. Product descriptions, imagery, and testimonials combine to demystify complex technology while maintaining an aspirational, engaging tone.
Pushing the boundaries of digital innovation
Building a site that visually communicates Geske’s advanced technology required a blend of design ingenuity and technical expertise. Our team optimised WebGL performance for high-fidelity 3D product models, reducing polygon counts, implementing advanced compression, and using adaptive loading techniques to maintain speed without sacrificing detail.
Meanwhile, dynamic animations—crafted with JavaScript libraries and WebGL shaders—transform abstract skincare technology into visually compelling narratives. These elements don’t just look impressive; they guide users through the experience, reinforcing Geske’s unique blend of engineering, AI, and skincare expertise.


A scalable future for smart skincare
Geske’s new digital experience isn’t just a website—it’s a platform built for growth. We ensured a frictionless backend that supports seamless scalability by integrating Strapi for editorial content management and Shopware for e-commerce, promotions, and fulfilment.
The result? A future-ready platform that empowers Geske to revolutionise skincare, one smart device at a time.
