Julia Theissen is a Senior Client Partner at Reddit, Inc., where she advises top-tier advertising clients across industries to drive impactful paid social media strategies. With over ten years of experience, she leverages her expertise in sales strategy and digital marketing to shape long-term growth plans and achieve business results. Prior to Reddit, Julia worked at X (Twitter), specializing in strategic partnerships and key account development, after having gained social media experience in the agency, e-commerce, and fashion sectors.

Stuart Flint

Head of Global Business Solutions, Europe & Israel at TikTok

Flint joined the short-form video app, TikTok, in March 2020 to lead its European Sales. In this role, he is responsible for launching and scaling commercial teams, bringing new brands onto TikTok, and building new ways for them to engage with their audiences in a brand safe environment that is underpinned by authenticity, creativity and joy.

Flint has over 25 years experience in both leadership and sales within media and technology. Prior to TikTok, he was Vice President of EMEA and LATAM of global media technology company Verizon Media, where he was responsible for driving the strategic direction and promotion of Verizon Media’s advertising solutions within its many brands and tech platforms (including Yahoo, HuffPost, AOL, Microsoft Advertising, Oath Ad Platforms).

Having previously worked at Yahoo UK, Virgin Media, Hearst Digital and as Sales Director at Microsoft Advertising UK, he became Managing Director at AOL UK as part of the global partnership between AOL and Microsoft. As part of this role he oversaw the coming together of Yahoo and AOL under Verizon’s new media technology business Verizon Media.

John Lin

Inspirational Speaker and Innovation Consultant

John is a China tech expert, keynote speaker, board member of the Netherlands China Business Council and a strategy consultant. He was the former Lead Ecosystem Business Development and a Strategy & Business developer at bol.com. John is also a regular columnist for Twinkle Magazine and de Ondernemer. John’s mission is to bring the East and West closer together and let them learn from each other.

Thomas Wlazik

General Manager, Global Business Solutions, DACH & Israel at TikTok

Thomas Wlazik is General Manager, Global Business Solutions at TikTok for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Israel. Together with his team, he helps advertisers succeed on TikTok, and oversees monetization and partnerships with brands. Prior to TikTok, Thomas worked for Google in various positions in ad marketing and sales for twelve years and led teams in Dublin, Berlin and Hamburg. Thomas Wlazik holds a degree in Business Administration and International Management from the international University in Bruchsal.
