As a company that is encouraging knowledge sharing and always helping each other, the various engineering, design, data and digital marketing teams at DEPT® Skopje are organizing the DEPT® Talks sessions at our office in order to showcase what are the things they are working on not just for our existing colleagues but the sessions are open for external guests who are willing to learn more.
Teams have organized some innovative workshops where the attendees could play their part in a team game to achieve a certain goal.The presentations always end with a long Q&A session where people with different backgrounds discuss various topics and approaches on future of the industry and industry trends, overcoming a common issue and many more other topics.
Next to that, our recruiters are organizing once per year an event for everyone who wants to learn more about some tips and tricks. Topics included:how to have a better CV, cover letter, how to better prepare for an interview but in the end, of course, practice in person the approach.
